Terms and conditions
What you agree to when you order from caipsnotesapply.com, in plain English.
The terms
Last updated 27 October 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
CAIPS Notes Apply is a brand of Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited (CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508, GSTIN 03AAOCP3999C1Z5), a company registered in India with its office at Shop No. 2, near PRTC Workshop, Nabha Road, Patiala 147001, Punjab, India. It holds Punjab (India) licence 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala. It is an Indian licence, not a Canadian one. Pro Lifeset Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is not a Canadian immigration representative (not a regulated Canadian immigration consultant, a lawyer or a Quebec notary) and does not represent anyone to IRCC.
2. What we do, and what we do not
You can request your own IRCC records (often called GCMS or CAIPS notes) yourself, free, from anywhere in the world. What you buy from us is our work: preparing and filing the records request on your behalf with your signed consent, tracking it, delivering the notes to you, and, if you choose that service, reading the notes with you. We also prepare documents for a new application that you submit yourself in your own IRCC account.
- We do not represent you to IRCC and do not submit immigration applications for you.
- We do not guarantee any immigration outcome, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
- We do not control how long IRCC takes to answer a request.
3. Ordering
You can order on this site, on WhatsApp or by phone (+91 91155 80911). An order starts once we have your details, the documents the request needs (your passport bio-data page and, where you have it, the refusal or decision letter), your signed consent form and the first payment. You confirm that the records requested are your own, or that you have the written authority of the person they belong to.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST; a GST invoice in the company name is issued for every payment. For customers abroad we show the equivalent in the currencies listed on the pricing page. Unless a service says otherwise, you pay 50% when you order and 50% after we send you IRCC’s acknowledgement of your request. Online payments are taken by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors, Cashfree Payments and Razorpay; your card and bank details go to them, never to us. We never add a government fee.
5. Timelines
We file within one working day of receiving your payment, documents and signed consent form. The law gives IRCC 30 days from receiving a request to reply and lets it extend that by sending a notice; in practice it often takes longer. If your notes have not been delivered within 75 days of filing, our refund policy applies.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Everything about cancelling and refunds is on one page, the refund policy, and forms part of these terms.
7. Your account and your documents
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using them. Documents you upload are stored privately and used only for your order; how we handle them is in the privacy policy.
8. Content on this site
Our guides explain IRCC processes as we understand them on the date each page states, with the sources it cites. They are general information, not advice about your case. Check anything that matters to you against the primary source, or ask us.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for decisions, delays or losses caused by IRCC, by a third-party service, or by details you gave us that were wrong or incomplete.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Patiala, Punjab. We will always try to resolve a problem directly first: message us before anything else.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and the version in force is the one published when you order. Questions: info@caipsnotesapply.com or WhatsApp +91 91155 80911 (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST).
