Refund policy

The terms

1. You pay 50% of the price when you order. The remaining 50% is due only after we have sent you the IRCC acknowledgement of your request, with its request number. Filing is a single step with IRCC, so we do not file until the first half is received.
2. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we file your request with IRCC. Once the request has been filed in your name the work is done, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
3. If we have not delivered your CAIPS / GCMS notes within 75 days of filing your request with IRCC, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid, whatever the cause of the delay.
4. If IRCC responds that it holds no records for you, we refund 100%. We never add a government fee, so there is none for us to withhold.
5. We charge no separate fee for supporting documents, so there is nothing to withhold for them.
6. The policy ensures fairness and commitment to service while acknowledging potential delays in the processing of requests by IRCC.
