A refile fee when it goes further
Plenty of refused files are worth rebuilding properly. When one of yours becomes a full refile, you are paid a referral fee on it. That is where the real money in this work sits, and we are not quiet about it.

How it works
- You send the refusal letter. On WhatsApp, whenever it happens, with the officer's decision note if IRCC sent one. No portal to log into and no minimum.
- We tell you what we see, free. Enough for you to go back to your client with a clear first read, and an honest view of whether the fuller record is worth requesting.
- You decide what to order. The notes, the application file as IRCC releases it, the written reading, or a combination. You pay the agent rate.
- You hand it over. Written to be passed straight to your client under your name.
- If it is worth refiling, we split that too. You introduce it, we rebuild it, you are paid the referral fee.
Honest answers
Will you go around me to my client?
No. We never contact them, and the work is written to be delivered by you. Our business is the reading, not your client list — and a partner who has been burned once never sends a second file, which would be a poor trade.
Do I need a licence to join?
The programme is not open to agents in Canada (see above). In India, no licence is needed to join. Our own licence is a Punjab (India) licence, No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024. It is not a Canadian licence, and it does not let us, or you, represent anyone to IRCC. Nothing in this programme asks you to: the records request is made with the applicant's own signed consent (IRCC form IMM 5744), and your client can also request their own records free under the Privacy Act.
Is there a minimum, or a joining fee?
Neither. Send one file a year or twenty a month. There is nothing to pay to join and nothing to pay if you never order.
Why is it not instant?
Because the agent rate is half of retail, and if anyone could take it by filling in a form there would be no public price left. A person reads every application. It takes about a day.
