The interpretation is written for you to hand over. Your client deals with you throughout and never hears from us. You keep the relationship, and the next application.
You pay the agent rate and charge whatever you decide. Most partners simply charge the public price and keep the difference.
Plenty of refused files are worth rebuilding properly. When one of yours becomes a full refile, you are paid a referral fee on it. That is where the real money in this work sits, and we are not quiet about it.
Send us a refusal letter before you commit to anything. We will tell you what the officer most likely flagged, at no cost, so you can judge the work before you put your name on it.

No. We never contact them, and the work is written to be delivered by you. Our business is the reading, not your client list — and a partner who has been burned once never sends a second file, which would be a poor trade.
No. Plenty of good agents are not licensed. We are licensed, and the ATIP request is filed in the applicant's own name either way, so nothing here asks you to represent anyone to IRCC.
Neither. Send one file a year or twenty a month. There is nothing to pay to join and nothing to pay if you never order.
Because the agent rate is half of retail, and if anyone could take it by filling in a form there would be no public price left. A person reads every application. It takes about a day.
