Timing

Two separate clocks: we control only the first. IRCC's reply: The law gives IRCC 30 days from receiving a request to reply, and lets it extend that by sending a notice. Some replies take longer. Nobody can make IRCC reply faster, including us. IRCC also has to match your details to a file first.

What happens next

  2. Step 2: Pay the first 50% and send your documents

    Send photos or PDFs of the documents below, in the chat. We send IRCC's consent form, filled in. You sign it by hand in blue ink and send a photo.

  3. Step 3: We file your request with IRCC

    As soon as the extra steps are done. We send you IRCC's confirmation. Then you pay the other 50%.

  4. Step 4: IRCC replies, and we send it to you

    We check the release and send it to you on WhatsApp. It is also in your account.
